I customize a holistic, eclectic, and solution-focused approach to help clients to achieve wellness in their unique situations. Integrating a balance in physical, emotional, relational, and behavioral health so that clients can become resilient. I have helped clients of diverse backgrounds and cultures to develop skills to overcome challenges in whatever stages of life they are in.

I provide individual, couple, and family counseling. I also provide consultation.

I do psychotherapy on the following: depression, anxiety, life stressors, discord in marital and family relationships, child developmental, parenting and behavioral needs, personal growth and spiritual issues.
